Unami Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and scope

Unami ("Unami", "we") operates the Unami CRM platform available at unami.ai and app.unami.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (encrypted), company.
• Data you enter in the CRM: contacts, deals, notes, tasks, messages.
• Technical usage data: access logs, device, browser, IP address.
• Data from external services you choose to connect (Google, WhatsApp, Stripe, Meta), described below.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain and improve the service.
• Sync meetings with your calendar.
• Send notifications and communications related to your account.
• Prevent fraud and protect security.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Google User Data (Google API Services)

If you choose to link your Google account, Unami may access the following data, only with your authorization and for the stated features:

4.1 Default permissions

• Basic identity (name and email): to identify the linked account.
• Google Calendar (view, create and edit events): to schedule meetings with your contacts, show availability and keep your agenda in sync with the CRM.
• Google Meet (read-only): to retrieve transcripts of meetings you held with your contacts and attach them to the contact record.

4.2 Optional permissions (only if enabled for your company)

• Gmail (read, send, modify): to show emails exchanged with a CRM contact, send emails from the CRM on your behalf, and mark them as read or archive them. Unami only processes emails related to contacts stored in your CRM.
• Google Drive (read-only): to read the transcript and notes files that Google Meet saves to your Drive and attach them to the corresponding meeting. Unami does not read any other Drive files.

4.3 How we handle Google data

• Use of artificial intelligence: Meeting transcripts may be analyzed with artificial intelligence tools solely to provide you with summaries and sales suggestions ('Sales Coach'). Data obtained from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not sell, rent or transfer Google data to third parties, nor use it for advertising, nor for any purpose other than the features described.
• Human access: No Unami personnel reads your Google user data, except with your explicit consent to provide support, when necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• Storage: access credentials are stored encrypted. Data is kept while your account is active.
• Deletion: you can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Calendars in app.unami.ai, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection, or when you delete your account, we delete the associated Google data within 30 days. You can also request it at https://app.unami.ai/eliminar-datos.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it: with providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI providers), under confidentiality agreements and only to provide the service; with your explicit consent; or to comply with legal obligations.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you close the account, or upon your request, we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must retain by legal obligation.

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access, encrypted third-party credentials and security monitoring.

8. Your rights

9. Minors

The service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with the update date.
