Unami Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Unami CRM ("the service"), you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Unami is a CRM platform for the real estate sector that allows you, among other functions, to manage contacts and deals, follow up with buyers, communicate via WhatsApp and phone, communicate by email, sync meetings with your calendar, analyze meetings with artificial intelligence assistants, and manage payments and billing (Stripe).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Engage in unlawful activities or infringe third-party rights.
- Send unsolicited communications (spam) or violate WhatsApp or email rules.
- Compromise the platform's security or interfere with its operation.
- Upload malicious content or content for which you have no rights or legal basis.
5. Third-party integrations
The service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google (Calendar, Meet, Gmail and Drive), WhatsApp (Meta), Stripe and Meta Ads. Use of those integrations is also governed by each provider's terms. Use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
6. Subscription and payments
- The service offers a 14-day trial that requires a credit card.
- When the trial ends, the selected plan is charged automatically.
- You can cancel anytime from the app; cancellation stops future renewals.
- No refunds are given for periods already charged, except where required by applicable law.
7. Your customers' data
You are responsible for having a legal basis to upload and process your contacts' data, and for complying with WhatsApp and email anti-spam rules. You act as the controller of that data and Unami as the processor that handles it on your behalf to provide the service.
8. Intellectual property
Unami's software, brand and content are the property of Unami or its licensors. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Unami will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page with the update date; continued use of the service implies your acceptance.
